Brackley Fields Care Home (known as ‘Brackley Fields’) is a charming large former Victorian farmhouse which was adapted to become a care home in 1986 with later modern adaptions added.

Hello, and welcome to Brackley Fields. I first joined Brackley Fields in 1994 as a Health Care Assistant, in 2000 I was promoted to “Head of Home” and in 2019 became the Registered Manager.
As the Registered Manager, my aim is to maintain the high standard of care within the home. Having been a Care Assistant at Brackley Fields, I have a huge amount of experience and knowledge which I use to ensure our residents’ wishes are at the heart of our Service.
At Brackley Fields, we believe a key element of contented living is providing meaningful occupational therapy.
