Michele Tanner - Registered Manager
Michele joined Brackley Fields as a carer in 1994 and after successfully completing her Registered Managers Award in 2006 became the Head of Home. Michele took over the role of Registered Manager in 2019.
Oliver Rayner - Executive Director
Following a successful management career spanning multiple industries, Oliver joined Brackley Fields in 2017 as the Business Manager. Oliver took over the role of Executive Director following the retirement of John Rayner in 2019.
Jackie Overy - Training Coordinator
Jackie qualified as an State Enrolled Nurse in 1983 and had multiple nursing roles before joining Brackley Fields in 1989. During her time at Brackley Fields, Jackie has worked as a Care Assistant and Senior Care Assistant and in 2009 achieved the NVQ Assessors Award and took over the Training Coordinator role.
Diane Hall - Care Manager
Tina Dancer - Catering Manager
Tina joined Brackley Fields in 2008 as a chef and after a short stint working in the kitchen took over the role of Catering Manager. Having previously worked as Head Chef in a number of hotels, Tina is fully City & Guilds qualified to prepare bespoke, nutritionally balanced meals catering to all dietary needs.
